Noah Keats | Managing Partner
Managing Partner at Interlaken Advisors
Noah Keats, Managing Partner (Series 65) at Interlaken Advisors, oversees advisory engagements and complex transactions for banks, financial institutions, and private clients. He leads business development end-to-end—from RFP to delivery—and specializes in market-neutral strategies, M&A advisory, and risk-managed growth across public and private markets. Noah holds a B.A. from the University of Washington and speaks English and conversational Farsi.
Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, playing chess, volunteering at his local animal shelter, and is co-authoring a forthcoming book on two King County Superior Court cases involving therapeutic abuse to give a voice to victims.
